Via Public Search kunt u gratis openbare gegevens raadplegen van entiteiten en vestigingseenheden in de Kruispuntbank van Ondernemingen, ook Banque-Carrefour des Entreprises genoemd. De toepassing onderscheidt de onderneming van haar vestigingen en toont onder meer het ondernemingsnummer en de status.
Bepaal voor een Spaanse inschrijving eerst welke Belgische entiteit als inschrijver optreedt. Een vestigingsadres mag niet zonder toelichting de identificatie van de vennootschap vervangen. Controleer of het gebruikte nummer, de naam in de jaarrekening en de volmachten bij dezelfde entiteit horen.
Wanneer documenten Franse en Nederlandse benamingen gebruiken, maak dan een overzicht waarmee de onderneming herkenbaar blijft zonder de oorspronkelijke stukken te wijzigen. Houd identificatie apart van de gevraagde ervaring, technische middelen en financiële gegevens. Een openbare zoekopdracht helpt gegevens te controleren; welke bewijsstukken en bestandsvormen nodig zijn, moet uit de Spaanse aanbestedingsstukken worden nagegaan.
Bélgica: distinguir empresa y unidad de establecimiento
Public Search permite consultar gratuitamente datos públicos de entidades y unidades de establecimiento inscritas en la Banque-Carrefour des Entreprises, también denominada Kruispuntbank van Ondernemingen. La consulta diferencia la entidad empresarial de sus establecimientos y muestra datos como el número de empresa y su estado.
Para una oferta en España, comienza por identificar qué entidad belga será la licitadora. Una dirección de establecimiento no debe sustituir sin explicación a la identificación de la sociedad. Revisa que el número utilizado en el expediente, la denominación de las cuentas y los poderes correspondan al mismo sujeto.
Si los documentos emplean denominaciones en francés o neerlandés, prepara una relación que permita reconocer a la misma empresa sin alterar los originales. Separa la información identificativa de la experiencia, los medios técnicos y la capacidad económica que se soliciten. Una consulta pública sirve para contrastar datos; las acreditaciones que deben aportarse y su formato se comprueban en el pliego español.
Belgium: distinguish the enterprise from its establishments
Public Search provides free access to public records of entities and establishment units in the Crossroads Bank for Enterprises, known as BCE in French and KBO in Dutch. It distinguishes the enterprise from its establishments and displays information including the enterprise number and status.
For a Spanish tender, identify which Belgian entity will actually bid. An establishment address should not replace the company’s identity without an explanation. Check that the identifier used in the submission, the name in the accounts and the powers of representation refer to the same entity.
Where records use French and Dutch names, prepare a cross-reference that keeps the company identifiable while preserving the original documents. Separate identification from the requested experience, technical resources and financial evidence. A public search helps verify details; the Spanish tender documents establish which evidence and file formats need to be checked for submission.

Het voorstel dat door een bedrijf in een openbare aanbesteding wordt gepresenteerd, is het aanbod dat dit bedrijf doet in verband met de vraag die in de openbare aanbesteding wordt gevraagd, het kan een werk zijn, een dienst verlenen, een aanbod bedienen, enz …
In het aanbod kan de inschrijver eenvoudig het bedrag vermelden waarvoor hij het werk gaat uitvoeren, de dienst verlenen of de levering bedienen, wat ook bekend staat als openbare bieding van het veilingtype, of ook in het aanbod dat hij aanbiedt, daarnaast van de prijs, beschrijf welke functies dat werk heeft, die dienst of dat aanbod dat wordt aangeboden, wat bekend staat als een openbare aanbesteding.
De informatie waaruit het voorstel bestaat, kan in twee groepen worden verdeeld, de administratieve, juridische, professionele en ondersteunende documentatie en de documentatie met betrekking tot het economische aanbod en de technische studie.
De documenten die de informatie verzamelen die het bedrijf aanbiedt, zowel het economische voorstel als het technische voorstel (vrucht van de technische studie), worden in enveloppen ingevoerd en deze enveloppen, samen met de aanbestedingsdocumenten erin, worden gedeponeerd in de registratie van de aanbestedende dienst.
Het is heel belangrijk om zorgvuldig alle bieddocumenten te schrijven en de enveloppen te maken zoals vastgelegd in de bieddocumenten, want als we een clausule hiervan overtreden, zal ons aanbod worden uitgesloten van het openbare biedproces, waardoor alle te winnen opties verloren gaan van het contract voor werken, diensten of leveringen.
Meer en meer openbare aanbestedingen worden verwerkt via elektronische aanbesteding. De elektronisch in te dienen documenten zijn meestal identiek aan de documenten die fysiek in het register of per post worden aangeboden, tenzij de enveloppen bij een elektronische aanbesteding virtueel zijn. Het is evenzeer noodzakelijk om de procedure te kennen voor elektronische indiening van aanbiedingen in dienstverleningscontracten, zoals het correct configureren van het elektronische apparaat, maar toch veroorzaakt het elektronische contractplatform van de publieke sector vaak problemen.
La propuesta que presenta una empresa en una licitación pública, es la oferta que dicha empresa realiza en relación a la demanda que se solicita en la licitación pública, puede ser una realizar una obra, prestar un servicio, servir un suministro, etc…
En la oferta, el licitador puede simplemente indicar el importe por el cual va a realizar la obra, prestar el servicio o servir el suministro, que es lo que se conoce como licitación pública tipo subasta, o también, en la oferta que presente, además del precio, describir qué características tiene esa obra, ese servicio o ese suministro ofrecido, que es lo que se conoce como concurso público.
La información que compone la proposición se puede dividir en dos grupos, la documentación administrativa, jurídica, profesional y habilitante, y la documentación relativa a la oferta económica y estudio técnico.
Los documentos que recogen la información que la empresa ofrece, tanto la proposición económica, como la proposición técnica (fruto del estudio técnico), se introducen en sobres, y estos sobres, junto con los documentos de la licitación en su interior, se depositan en el registro del Órgano de Contratación.
Es importantísimo redactar meticulosamente todos los documentos de la licitación y hacer los sobres según se establezca en los pliegos de la licitación, ya que si incumplimos alguna cláusula de estos, nuestra oferta será excluida del proceso de licitación pública, perdiendo todas las opciones de resultar adjudicatarios del contrato de obras, servicios o suministro.
Cada vez más licitaciones públicas de servicios se tramitan mediante licitación electrónica. Los documentos a presentar de forma electrónica son en su mayoría idénticos a los que se presentan de forma física en el registro o por correo postal, salvo que en una licitación electrónica los sobres son virtuales. Es igual de necesario conocer el procedimiento de presentación electrónica de las ofertas en contratos de servicios, como disponer del dispositivo electrónico correctamente configurado, aun así, la plataforma de contratación electrónica del sector público suele dar problemas.
